It comes in small refill bottles which can be mixed in the reusable aluminium dispensers with 300ml of water to create an entire bottle of hand wash. Care
While the bottle is easy to refill, you should clean it out between uses. Just rinse with water to clean the inside and then fill with warm water and pump it out into the sink to clean the nozzle. Once there is basically no foam coming out you know it is clean.
